Who are your sources of products?

  •     Vistar Northwest
  •     Pepsi
  •     Coke
  •     Cash & Carry
  •     Costco  & Sam's Club
  •     Other variety  of suppliers

All these companies are well established companies with excellent knowledge of the health choice options

How flexible are you with product offerings?

We pride ourselves in finding new healthy options every day.  We are able to put in items upon request and /or track down new items at the request of each site our machines are located.  We aim to please each and every client with the products they want. Our current product list is sizeable. Larger vendors locally and national wide have set items that go into each machine to make it easier for their drivers.  B & B Vending allows the customer to choice the items they wish to have in their machines.  This makes it better for both parties.  The customer is happy and B & B Vending gets a better return on sales without waste of outdated products.  B & B Vending goes the extra mile; we track all products on a monthly basis to see what is selling and what could be replaced with new choices that may sell better.  Then review with the account/customer to see if they would like to make a change.

If a machine needs service, what is your standard turnaround time?

We currently are there same day or within 24 hours.  If the machine is not repairable by our delivery driver we have a vending machine tech out within 24 to 48 hours if not sooner.

Is there an option for refrigerated vending?

Yes, we usually request that there be at less 100 employees for cold food machines as these are high cost items that has a short shelf life. However, we would consider cold food on a case by case basis for some clients that are smaller.

What is you frequency for re-stocking?

B & B Vending prides themselves in excellent service therefore customizes our schedule to our clients needs is of utmost importance.   Whatever, is needed to keep the machines stocked and keep the clients happy is our goal.

What is you procedure for refunds?

We have three forms of refund

  • Petty Cash which is a fund that is set-up with a representative at location to refund customer on the spot.
  • Refund list which is posted on machine. We then refund clients upon returning to location on daily, weekly or bi-weekly visits. We put money in small envelope and leave with front desk receptionist.
  • Key Service retrieval of product service. This service allows a representative authorized by B & B Vending and the client to have a key to machines so that the customer can get product that maybe stuck immediately. We usually reserve keys service for only certain accounts.

What is the biggest challenge with the vending business?

Our biggest challenge is to keep our pricing down while everyone else is raising prices due to the rising prices of wholesales distribution, gas and labor.  Because B & B Vending is a smaller company our overhead is less.  This gives us advantage over the larger companies that must pay union employees.
